A two-sided marketplace built for UK construction.
1. Sign up & verify
Workers upload their CSCS card and a selfie. Hirers add their company details. Verification badges appear on profiles.
2. Post or browse
Post your job your way — pay by the day, or agree a fixed price. SubbieBook handles both. Workers browse a feed filtered by trade and postcode.
3. Apply or invite
Workers apply with a short message. Hirers can also invite specific workers. Both parties get notified.
4. Confirm in-app
Use built-in messaging to agree details. Hirer accepts the worker — booking is created and contact info revealed.
5. Pay direct, review
While we're in beta, payment is settled off-platform (BACS/cash). After completion, both sides leave a star rating.
