SubbieBook is a software product. We don't run an agency, we don't employ anyone, and we don't handle money for the work itself. We give construction businesses the tools to find each other and arrange jobs. When a builder books a worker through SubbieBook, the contract for that job is between the two of them — not with us. Builders pay workers direct, the same way they always have. We just help them find each other faster, without the agency margin in the middle.

How much does SubbieBook cost?
Hirers pay a flat subscription: Starter £49/mo or £499/yr, Pro £99/mo or £999/yr, Ultimate £199/mo or £1,999/yr. Annual billing saves around 15%. Workers are always free.
Does SubbieBook take a cut of what the worker gets paid?
No. Hirers pay a flat subscription. Workers are free. Job payments go direct from hirer to worker outside the platform.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Are you a recruitment agency?
No. SubbieBook is a software product — we don't run an agency or employ anyone. When a builder books a worker through the platform, the contract for that job is between the two of them.
How does CIS work?
Every job declares its CIS status (Gross / Net 20% / Net 30% / Not CIS). We auto-calculate gross, deduction and net on each booking and produce a monthly CSV/PDF for your accountant. We do not verify workers with HMRC or file CIS300 returns on your behalf — that stays your responsibility.
Are workers verified?
Yes. CSCS card photo, ID and right-to-work checks are reviewed before a worker can apply for jobs.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly subs cancel at the end of the cycle. Annual subs are non-refundable mid-term, but you keep access until renewal.
